Congratulations to David Lorenz, MD for achieving certification in both General Vascular Medicine as well as Endovascular Medicine offered by the American Board of Vascular Medicine (ABVM). He is currently the only physician in Fairfield County to hold both of these prestigious credentials.

The ABVM is an independent organization dedicated to the certification of qualified vascular medicine physicians. This certification process is based upon formal professional education or practice in vascular medicine with experience-based requirements and examination. This certification provides evidence of expertise in vascular medicine knowledge and skills to the medical community. The ABVM mission is to provide a high quality certification process to recognize expertise in the field of vascular medicine.

By passing the ABVM's rigorous examinations and providing evidence of specific training in vascular disease, Dr. Lorenz has earned the designation "Diplomate of the American Board of Vascular Medicine".
